Cross-Type Needle-Bearing Universal Joints (Alloy Steel)
Cross-Type Needle-Bearing Alloy Joints are high-precision universal Joints that maintain minimal backlash over extended periods of time. They deliver superior lifetime at continuous applications and high RPM. Needle bearing joints are built with roller bearings to reduce friction.

- Outside Diameter: 0.75"-2.50" [19mm-63mm]
- Operating Torque: 28-1,528 Lb-In [3-173 N-m]
- Maximum Torque: 147-5,640 Lb-In [17-637 N-m]
- Operating Speed: up to 6000 RPM
- Operating Angle: up to 45° (special design solutions with higher angles may be available)
- Near-zero backlash; low friction & wear
- Needle bearings lubricated for lifetime of joints from 0.75" to 2" OD. (2.50" OD joints can be re-lubricated.)
- Yoke Material: high-grade alloy steel
- Bearing Material; high-grade alloy steel
- Cross Material: high-grade alloy steel, hardened and precision ground
- Hub ends available with several standard bore configurations (plain bore, keyway, hex- and square bore)
- Optionally available plating: Zink, Nickel, Cadmium, MoS2, Black Oxide
